Doug is a CPA with degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in accounting, holding positions in audit, accounting and reporting, before transitioning to the search industry in 1998. With 20+ years in the search business, he has ranked consistently among the top performers within each firm he has worked for and has been instrumental in building two highly successful search firms from the ground up. His primary focus is direct hire placement of executive and management levels in Finance and Accounting.
