Vik specializes in identifying top IT talent for both technical and functional positions at all levels within an organization. He is passionate about technology and likes to build strong relationships with his candidates and clients by providing them with as much information as possible to make informed decisions. He has worked directly for software and e-commerce companies where he was able to learn the ins and outs of technology. He maintains a strong focus on improving employee engagement, creating programs that instill healthy leadership habits and accelerating organizational results.
Vik received his MBA from Michigan State University in Human Resource Management. Outside of work, Vik enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 kids and their Husky mix, Lily. He is an avid Detroit sports fan, loves basketball and enjoys traveling.
