Accountant III

Opportunity:
Senior Accountant (Accountant III) opportunity leading core general ledger activities, close processes, and financial analysis while serving as a key partner to leadership and audit stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and account reconciliations
• Serve as primary liaison for external audits and manage audit support
• Drive intercompany accounting and resolve complex discrepancies
• Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting, and actionable insights
• Support process improvements, internal controls, and ERP-related initiatives
• Mentor junior accounting staff and partner cross-functionally on technical accounting matters

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge with the ability to research and apply technical guidance
Experience with month-end close, audits, and general ledger accounting
Advanced Excel skills with exposure to data/BI tools preferred
ERP systems experience required
CPA is a plus
Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and contribute to process improvements
