Responsibilities: 

• Develop FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and financial models.
• Cash flow forecasting, capital structure, and liquidity analysis.
• Assist with acquisition diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years in construction, industrial services, or project-driven environments with direct project accounting experience.
• Exp. in private equity–backed company
